1.I found a cheaper website, can you guys price match?

No. Although we do not offer price matching we do make an effort to be competitive on our pricing. Sometime we are less, some times we are lil more but in the end it's the safety & excellent customer service that brings customers back time and again.

We are 100% American owned & operated with offices in only the USA. Our company has been in this business since the birth of the industry. eqplatbuy was built by and strictly hires MMO gamers as staff members.

4.Are you located in China or Asia at all?

No. All eqplatbuy operations are located in the USA. The Owners, Customer Service Representatives & Executives are all Americans living in the US. This gives us the advantage of American IP's which are not scrutinized like the Asian or Chinese IP's are and allows us to operate under the radar.

6.What kinds of payment methods do you guys accept?

We currently accept PayPal for all orders as our preferred online payment processor. Payment with confirmed mailing address and optional verified buyer status will help ensure your order is processed faster.

7.What if I don't have a PayPal account?

You can still order with us even if you don't have a PayPal account. We do offer the option to pay using a credit card outside of PayPal. To place an order with a credit card is easy and simple. Proceed through the order process, once you are forwarded to PayPal you will be presented with an option to pay with your PayPal account or an independent credit card.

8.Why does my order require voice verification?

In an effort to protect our customers from fraud we require a voice authorization be done on every new order placed with eqplatbuy. This gives us a chance to insure children or someone else has not placed an order without the buyer's knowledge.
